Vintage Asturian Palace from the 16th century with a wall, tower and chapel from the same period. Situated on a watchtower overlooking the Picos de Europa, the Sierra del Sueve and the valley of the River Piloña on a property of 18,000 square metres.
Appellation “Cutre”
The word “Cutre”, already appears in the royal chronicle of Alfonso III, with respect to the escape of D. Pelayo to Covadonga and says thus: “The emissaries of Munuza, perhaps decided by means of the sister of D. Pelayo, advanced towards the called lands of Cutre, to the north of “Brece” with the gentleman who rode calmly towards the mouth of the river “Cúa”, where it was necessary to ford the Piloña and to take the mounts of the other shore…

In this type of room, the quality of the materials is especially enhanced with chestnut floors and canvas walls providing a warm and Provencal atmosphere.
It also has a reading area and they have 50-inch SMART TVs.

All of them have a “Queen Size” bed, although if the client requires it, they could be converted into independent beds.

Located in the tower, the most noble area of the Palace, it has a surface of about 50 square meters in two well differentiated areas.
The decoration is sober and elegant and reminds us of Victorian houses with their noble fabrics and velvets.
On the one hand, the lounge overlooking the valley of the river Piloña, being presided over by a large wood fireplace.
On the other hand, a large room with a Queen Size bed and a reading area at the foot of a south-facing window and they have 50-inch SMART TVs.
Suite «La Regenta»
Located in the tower, the most noble area of the Palace, it has a surface of about 50 square meters in two well differentiated areas.
The decoration is sober and elegant and reminds us of Victorian houses with their noble fabrics and velvets.
On the one hand, the lounge overlooking the valley of the river Piloña, being presided over by a large wood fireplace.
On the other hand, a large room with a Queen Size bed and a reading area at the foot of a south-facing window and they have 50-inch SMART TVs.
Suite “El Petirrojo”
It’s the tallest room in the entire palace. Its views are spectacular with a south, east and west orientation.
Its bathroom, in itself, is a window open to nature.
Its decoration is Nordic, fresh, dynamic and, as such, clear, young and happy.
It has a large reading area and a sofa for a third guest if necessary, and a 50-inch SMART TV.
The pleasure of staying in this suite is, without a doubt, a privilege.

The living room
The quiet room invites you to read, relax, have a drink in any month of the year or simply enjoy a good conversation without rushing around the wood fire in the cold and unpleasant months.
The lounge has a large window that frames our beloved hundred-year-old oak tree.
The gardens
With a garden of 2000 square meters full of hydrangeas, native trees and old rose bushes, you can enjoy a wonderful environment as far as the eye can see… being a direct witness of the silhouette of the Picos de Europa, The Valley of the Rio Piloña as well as the Sierra del Sueve.
The oak tree Undisputed protagonist and “alma mater” of the garden is with an antiquity of 600 years and under which you will be able to delight with a good book that you will find in the library. We are especially proud of this specimen as it is the second largest oak tree in terms of diameter in the Principality of Asturias.
On summer nights, you can enjoy the famous sunsets from a west-facing viewpoint accompanied by the whisper of birds and the breeze….

Our hotel is smoke-free; however, given its location, you can enjoy the terrace and gardens where you can smoke.

We welcome our canine friends on leashes in the gardens and at the restaurant tables on the terrace. Please inquire about leashes in guest rooms.

Due to the age of the building and its special architecture, we cannot offer access facilities for clients with reduced mobility. In the restaurant however, there is no problem as it is at street level.
